My first experience with Great Adventure
Tours was six years ago. I am a middle school language
arts teacher who wanted to find a way to expose our students
to another culture outside of the high desert in southern California . I
am so fortunate to have found a wonderful tour company who values
students' education and also knows the importance of allowing them
to have fun at the same time! For the past six years we have
taken our 7th graders to San Francisco and Monterey . This
trip is definitely a high point in their lives. I have
had students come back to me years later who still comment on what
a great trip they took as a 7th grader.
I am most impressed with the fact that all I have to
do is let GAT know our curriculum ideas and they can put together an amazing
tour that is both educational and entertaining for our students at an affordable
price.
The staff at GAT is another reason I choose to continue with
this company. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the professional
and friendly manner in which I am treated both on and off tour. The
tour guides are always so helpful and delightful to work with. I look
forward to each new tour as it is just as much a pleasure for me as it is

date. Some of my students
will rarely get 50 miles from their home during their lifetime, so

with the students in high school, they have told me that some of
their college choices were influenced by the trip. They were able
to find colleges the did not want to go to as well as some that they
